• One 12 Horse Barn (12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats), including 2 wash stalls

• One 4 Horse Barn (12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats)

• Over 20 acres of fenced grass pasture

• AC/Heated Tack Room

• Feed Room

• Trailer Parking

• Restroom
